Changes to the AML/CTF Framework / Reports to Commissioner

The Ministry of Finance published in the Official Gazzette the Resolution containing procedures and requisites to present reports to the National Banking and Exchange Commissioner regading the integration/changes of the AML/CTF Committee and the changes/remotion of the AML/CTF Compliance Officer, among others.

This new resolution does not generate additional regulatory burdens and modifies the procedures in place prior to this publication.
Changes to the AML/CTF Framework / Framework update

The Ministry of Finance published in the Official Gazzette the Resolution containing the changes to the AML/CTF regime for Insurance and Bonding Entities. This framework updates the regime dated July 19, 2012 and replicates the requirements for other financial entities to insurance and bonding entities.

This new resolution is comprised of relevant changes and requires substantial efforts to assess, coordinate and implement changes.
